TAUPIRI ANNUAL RACES.

Ar Taupiri, S. Patrick* Day, was reserved as then annual race meeting. The laces were conducted on Mr Lovell'H ground, winch ix admitted to bo one of the beat omir-OH in W.iikato, on account of its level surface. The attendance exceeded the most sanguine expectations. The weather was all that could bo de-iu'd, and the races vere conducted throughout in a highly satisfactory manner.
