Pu->s> Cat, who was well up, fell at tho seventh hurdle, and got away from tho jockey, who was unhuit, thus loaung the. race to the other two. MaIDKN Pi. VTK, of ."isoW Mr N. King's Pu.ssy Cat 1 Mi F. McMum'.s Midnight . . 12 Kildare also ran. Mir.* Handicap, of (Jso\s. Me->rs S. and T. Wilson's New Chum 1 Mr C. Newton's Black Gown '2 Basto .uid W.u»te-of -Tucker also ran. Raglan Cup, of 12sovsMehsi t, S. and T. Wilson's Chanticleer 1 Mr Mit.i Kanaka's Charlie . 2 Grasshopper and Ingomar also competed in this event. The latter, had he not run off the cour&e, would have undoubtedly won the iace. Selltni; Pont Race of sso\t>. W. lUrlow'h Wahte of Tucker ... . 1 C. Newton 'h Black Gown . 'J Mary and Queeny also ran. Htkwakd's Handicap of 10-jovm. H. and T. Wilson's Chanticleer 1 S. and T. Wilson's New Chum . 2 Pu«"sy Cat also ran, but the jockey fell and she got away. loKChu Handicap of &ovs. C. Newton's Black Gown . . . . 1 N. King's Pussy Cat ... 12 Waste of Tucker, New Chum, and Grasshopper also ran. Consolvtiox Handicap of 4sovs. W. Barlow's Infjoinar . . 1 T. Me Minn's Midnight . . 2 Basto Nancy, and Charlie aiso ran. The races were brought to a conclusion alnnit .~>.30 p.m. by a Maori race. Waste of Tucker won the race, after which these piesent separated to their home-* quite sj,ti-hed with the day's hpoit. A totalis.itor was on the course, and •ibo\it £25 was put through it.
