ENGLAND AND GERMANY. London, March 6.
In the House of Lords to-day, Eirl Gr.uiville stated that he regretted that annoyance had heen caused to Prince Bismarck by a portion of the contents of the British Blue Book on the Pacific question, and dwelt upon the importance of the maintenance of friendship between England and Germany.
