WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain tilings lcquiiud to be .done by "The Rating Act, 1870," in connection with the preparation and rovnon of tho valuation roll of tho Boioiitfh of Hamilton cannot be done by or within tho times mentioned in the said Act : Now, therefore, His Ktcellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of tho powers vested in him by the Haid " Rating Art, 1870," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend the timei for doing the said things in connection with the valuation roll of the raid borough, and doth declare that the times for the doing of such several things shall be those specified in tho Schedulo hereto.
