THE COLONIAL CONTINGENT. Adelaide, March 6.
The South Australian Government ha,s leeched ;i telegram from the Colonial OlKce, saying that if the colony independently or conjointly will despatch a force in time to arrive at Suakim by September the Imperial Government will gladly accept its services. An enquiry would be made as to the number, description, and training of the proffered troops, and stress w.is laid upon the importance of the contingent drilling together for at least a month.
