LORD WEMYS ON THE COLONIAL OFFERS. London, March 5.
Earl Wemys has given notice in the House of Lords of a motion for the adoption of an address to the Queen thanking her Majesty for accepting the loyal offer of New South Wales, and expressing satisfaction with similar offers of the other colonies, and hoping these will be accepted at the right time.
