A resolution was passed declaring th it the recent conduct of the Scots' Church was an act of contumacy and rebellion ; that the time had arrived to sepaiate those^ ■\\ illinjj to acknowledge the autho-™ rity ot the church from those unwilling, and instructing the session to take the necessary steps towards th.it end.
