The subscribers have been favoured with instructions to sell at the land mart, Queen strept Auckland, on Monday, March 2nd., at 12 o'clock noon, by order of the Registrar aforesaid, ALL THAT FIRST-CLASS IMT ROVED FARM situated at Rangiaohia in the Waikato District, and now in the occupation of Mr Andrew Ram=ay. The fai in consists of 300 acres, being illotments 192, 193, 193, 196, 197. and 198 of the I'ansh of Puniu, the whole of w hich is fenced and subdivided in suitable sized paddocks, and is in good j-ra-s aud cultivation.
