NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Waitoa Road Board to take, under the provisions of The Public Works Act, 1882, ccitaiu . lands hereinafter descubed for loads, and notice is further given that a copy of the plan of the said lands is deposited in the house of the undersigned at Wauatna, near Morrinsville, and is there opan for inspection, and all persons affected by the taking of the said lands are hetcby called upon to .set forth in wilting any well grounded objection to the taking of such lands, and to send such wilting within foity days fiom the date of the publiiation hereof to the Waitoa Road | Boaid, Mouinsville.
DESCRIPTION OF LANDS TO BE TAKEN.

All that parcel of land in the Piouncial Distiict of Auckland, containing by admeasurement tin cc roods and twelve perches, moie or less, situated in the AYaneie Survey Dibtuct, being a portion of section No. 3 of a aubdi\ iaion of 'I c Pae o tu Raw am Block No. 2, commencing at the southernmost angle of section No. (j, bounded towards the north-east by lines 103 links and 731 links respectively ; tow.irds the south-east by a line 105 links; towards the southwest by lines 715 links and 101 links respectively ; aud towards the north-west by lines 7(3 links and 27 links respectively to the commencing point, as the same is delineated on tlie copy of the plan, No. 3377, deposited as aforesaid. 2. All thai parcel of land in the Piovincial Distiict of Auckland, containing by admeasurement seven acres and two perches, moie or less, situated in the Wan ere Survey District, being a poition of section No. 5 of a subdivision of Te Pae o tu Rawaru Block No 2, commencing on the north-western boundary of section No. .1, at a distance of 2848 links, or theieabonts, from its northern angle ; bounded touards the south-east generally by lines 2250 5 links, 2228 links, 087 links, and 1740 links respectiwly; towards the west by a line 188 links ; and towards the noith west bv lilies 1.591 links, DM links, 2178 links, 1966 links, and 2(0 links, respectively, to tlie commencing point, as the same is delineated on the copy of the plan, No. 3.J77, deposited as afoiesaid.
