Pigs —A small number yarded. The de mand was brit-k, and clearances were effected at high values. Cattle—A large entry of store cattle was submitted. A decided improvement took place in the demand, and nearly all foi ward were cleared at enhanced rates. There was a good entry of excellent beef, but as usual the bulk was dt-po-ed of privately, and if the small number submitted to auction may be taken as a criteiion, we can report no change in \ allies.
