THE FRENCH IN CHINA. Hongkong, January 12.
Telegrams have been received here announcing that a serious auti-French agitation lias been fonnented in Cambodia, and that the inhabitants are displaying groat hostility. A body of French troops havo been despatched from Saigon, tlio capital of Cochin China, to quell the disturbance and restore order.
