The annual meeting of this body was held on Monday afternoon. Present: Me-.su T Wells (chairman), Hewitt, lusher, Walker and Kirk wood. Chuhvvw— On the motion of Mr K. J5. Walker, Mr T. Wells was unanimously elected chau man. In re electing Mr Wells the proposer and seconder (Mr kirkwnod) referred in eulogistic terms to the manner in which Mr Wells had discharged the duties of the office m the past, and expressed the pleasure it affoided them to be able to secure his consent to another term. Mr Wells duly acknowledged the coruph nient. ToOL-HOfSE.— It was agreed to eiect a tool-house for the use of the domain workman at a cost of about £(i. Accounts.— The fallowing accounts were passed for payment .—Smith, £2 8s ; .1. Bailey, £0 8s 4d ; Clerk, £12 14=s 3d ; J. Browne, £2 8s Bd. Tkniikhs.— The following tenders weie received for fencing Keseive No. !10, Cam liridgo West, about 33 chains .— W. Tucker, l!>s (id per chain ; (i. Keeley, lh s 2d : J. Fletcher, 17s !)d ; (Janett and (Jiles, £10 9-i ; and Ueorge Mann, l.'-'s !•(!. The tendeis of ( iarrett and Giles was accepted. Rk-KNTERIN<..— It was agieed that the Hon. the Ministerfor Lands be requested to advise His Excellency the governor to je enter on the Domain Leases as set out in the board's letter of the 28th August, 1883 and that the name of K. B. Reynolds for lot No 41 be added to the list. After some miscellaneous business was disposed of the meeting terminated.
