Messss Rochkobt, Holmes and Hursthouse have finished the field work of tho first 15 mileb of the trunk line, and are now engaged at the office work. Plans will bo forwarded to Wellington in a few days. It is evpected that tenders will be called for by February. The plans will be lithographed and specifications made out as soon as possible after arrival in Wellington.
