No entries will be received except on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final. All protests must be accompanied by the sum of ten shillings, which shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest be not sustained. First race to start at 11 o'clock, A Band will be in Attendance.
