SUPPOSED OUTRAGE AT WINDSOR. London, December 22.
A fire occurred in the parcels office at "Windsor last night, and after being extinguished an infernal machine was discovered among the debris. On examining the machine it was found that the fuse attacho 1, instead of causing an explosion, had ignited the box in which it wiife contained, and thus set fire to the office.
