WHEREAS, under tho provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon tho 19th day of September, 1883, in tho Rc-ident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of one pound five shillings and six pence, bi-hijr attc.iio of rates due by WILLIAM TEMPLE, settler of Auckl.ind, as the owner of Section No. 117, Parish of Whangaraarino. This is to give notice that the said pioperty will be sold or leased by public auction, under the piovisions of the said Act, after bix months from the date of this notice, unle-sb the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the dato of paymeut, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the ' same, and all other rates due on such property up to tho date of payment, are paid prior to such sale.
