Entries for all handicaps must be sent in to the Secretary nt>t later than Saturday, the 20th inst , accompanied by subscriptions and entrance fees. No entries will be received except on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final. All protests must be accompanied by the sum of ten shillings, which shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest be not sustained. First race to start at 11 o'clock.
