CONDITIONS. Entrance fee for New Year Handicap, '. rotting Handicap, and Railway Plate, to be forwarded with nomination and colours, age and pedigree of horse, addressed to Mr All will, at the office of the Jockey Club, Cambridge, not later than Monday, 22nd December, 18S4. Weights will appear in Waikato papers on Saturday, the 27th December, 1884. Acceptances and general entries close with MrAllwill, at 9 p.m. on Monday, 29th December, 1884. In the event of a walk over only 50 per cent, of the Stakes will be paid. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will "be fined 2sovs. No entry will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2sovs., which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
