The Boer raider* in Bechuanaland hay« accepted the offer of the Cape Government of farms in the unalloted territory in Stellaland, and agreed to evacuate the chief Montsiona'* territory in Bechuanaland, which will then be formally an* nexed by the Capo Colony.
England and Egypt. London, November 27t The following lias transpired regarding the Government's scheme for re-orgauis-'"g Kgyptiau finance, which will be submitted to the Powers for approval. England is to advance to Egypt, under proper guarantee, a cum of five million pounds ; of that amount a million is to be spent in irrigation works. The indemnity to the sufferers by the bombardment of Alexandra is payable by preference bonds.

Bauk of England reserve, £11,000,000. The proportion of same to liabilities is 30 per ceut. New Zealand 5 per cent, 10-40 have declined to 103$. The other loans are unchanged. Coloni&l breadstuff's: tallow unchanged.
Wool Sales. At today's sale a quiet tone prevailed. Scoured WOOI3 were weaker. The catalogue comprised 9,000 bales. Since the opening of the series 11,250 have been withdrawn from sale.
