THE CASE AGAINST WARING TAYLOR.
Waking Taylor was brought up at the R.M. Court to-day qq various qharges of misappropriating moneys belonging to the May estate. The case for the prosecution was opened by Mr Jellicoe, aa English barrister, who in the course of his remarks stated that when the evidence was taken it would be seen that tht prisoner was one of the most skillful theives of the present age. After several witneses had been examined the oharges were adjourned nntil Saturday morning. .
