Sydney, November 20. Tiik Budget statement was delivered in the Legislative Assembly this afternoon. The Colonial Treasurer estimates the revenue for the coining year at £8,480,000, and the expenditure at £8,432,000 leaving a surplus of £270,00 Q at the clo3e of next year. Mr Booth, the founder of the Blue Ribbon Army, contemplates making a three months' tour to New Zealand, commencing in Auckland in January next.
