WHEREAS the land described in the Shcdule hereto is required to be taken, under " The Public Works \Acty; 1882," tor a ceilain woik, to wit,* the construction of a road in the Pukekura Road District, Provincial District of Auckland : And whereas the Pulcckura Road Boavd has l.nd before the Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the sUtutoty declaiation, as lequired by the said Act : Now, theiefoie, I, William Francis Dummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of Now Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authoiities in me vested by section eleven of " The Public Woiks Act, 1882," and of evsvy other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that belnlf, do hereby pioclaini and declate that the land described in the .Shedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the land so described shall become absolutely vested in fee-simple in Her Majesty, dUchaiged from all mortgages, charges, claims, estates, or interests of what kind soever, for use as a road.

All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Pansh of Te Rapa, Pukekura Road Distiict, containing by admeasurement i acres 1 rood 33 perches, being portion of the weatern portion of Section No. 332 ; commencing at the southwesternmost angle of said Section No. 352. Bounded —Genci ally Westerly by Mystery Creek ; Noith-easterly by aline, 401 links ; peneially Easteily by lines, 499 and 288 links lespectively ; Southerly by a load, 4GO links, to commencing point. All that piece or parcel of land containing liy admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 18 perches, in the Parish and Road District ot Pukekura, being a road-live varying in width, travel sing Sections Nos. 78, 79 and 82 ; commencing at a point on the w e&tei n bouudai y of Section JSo. 79 aforesaid, distant 487 links from its south-western angle. Bounded — Generally North and North-westerly by lines, 1670, 50, 564, 50, 1040, 1028, and 100 links respectively ; South-easterly and Southerly by lines, 1077, 1112, 50, 603, 50, and 1035 links respectively ; Westeily by a line, 112 links, to commencing point. Bounded— Easterly by a line, 345 links ; South-westerly by a hue, 400 links ; Northerly by the Waikato River to the commencing point. Poition containing 3 roods 10 perches : Commencing at the north-western angle of Section No. 229. Bounded— Northeily by the Waikato River ; Easterly by lines, 133, 342, and 409 links iespecti\.;ly ; South-easterly by a line, 132 links ; Westerly by lines. 335 and 615 links respectively, to commencing point. Portion containing '1 acres 2 roods 33 perches : Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Section No. 12 distant 390 links from its south-western angle. Bounded— Westerly by lines, 2255 and 393 links respectively ; North - westerly by a line, 132 links ; Easteily by lines, 492 and 226S links respectively ; Soutlieily by a line, 100 links, to commencing point.
