RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT, CAMBRIDGE.
Friday.— (Before Mr H. W. Norbhcroft, R.M., and Mr Thos Wells, J.P.) Civil Cases, Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following cases : — M. L)oran v. Richard Hickson, claim £10 7s lid, costs £5 12s ; M. Doran v. Wi Pauro, claim £32 13s costs £5 11s 7d. In the case of W. A. Richardson v. F. Vincent, the defeudant was ordered to pay £1 per mouth, the first payment to be made on the 28th November ; failing to pay one of the instalments, the whole amount to become payable with costs, 21s, in default one week's imprisonment.
