WHEREAS, under the provisions of " The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 31st day of August, 1883, in the Resident Magistiate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of one pound two shillings and eightpence, being arrears of rates due by WHIRIHONE HONE, as the owner ot Lot 82, Ngaroto.
