JL'unce is a blight bay, stands 1(H hands high; sire, Piiuce Chailiu (mipoitcrl) ; dam, Priucess Maud the Ist (imported). Prince's sire, Piince Cluilic, dark bay, foaled 1800, of the pure Clydesdale breed, imported from Scotland by J. and M. Macintosh, where ha had been exhibited se\en times and gained seven first prizes. Piince's dam, Princess Maud the Ist, bay, foaled 1853, imported from Scotland by J. and M. Macintosh. In Scotland, Princess Maud gained 18 prizes, including a Silver Medal in Glasgow, when a three-year-old, against all ages. Gipsy, Bonnie Prince's dam, her sire the celebrated horse Emperor. Emperor has gained three first and three second prizes. Empeior's siie Napoleon, imported by the late J.
