[RKUTJEBS TELEGRAMS.] New York, November 5. The contest for the Presidency between Mr Blame and Governor Cleveland is proving very close, and the result is considered very uncertain. Serious rioting has occurred in Cincinnati over the election, and several persons have been killed and wounded. Washington, November 5. It is generally believed that Mr Blame will be elected to the Presidency. The result is still uncertain, and the elections are being very keenly contested on both tides.
