TAWHIAO'S MOVEMENTS.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN REPORTER.] Ar.KXA>'DHA, Friday. Tawhiao's non -arrival has caused considerable disappointment. He was expected yesterday, to-day, or to-morrow, but now it is said he will not arrive till Monday. Preparations on the part of the natives are limited. They have purchased a few bags of flour, killed a few pigs, and unearthed a few potatoes, but nothing more. There is no waipiro. The local butcher is greatly disappointed, having killed a large bullock in anticipation of the royal appetite. The European population is passive. The King's quarters at Whatiwhatihoe are as he left theiu, though it is quite possible he may go in for a little architecture on his return. Two coachloads of natives arrived from the train today.
