WHEREAS, under the provisious of " The Rating Act, 1882," judgment wa6 given upon the 19th day of September. 1883, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for tho sum of two pounds seven shillings and sixpence, being arrears of rates due by GPCORGE JOY aud other half-castes of Taupiri, Waikato, as the owner of Sections Nos. 4G9 and 472, Paribh of T.tupiri. This is to givo notice that the aaid*propcrty will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notico, unless tho amount of tho said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the Faid judgment to the duto of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering tho same, and all other rates duo on such property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to f<uoh wale.
