WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 19 th day of September, 1883, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of ono pound five shillings and sixpence, beinjr arrears of rates due by HUGH MARK, Settler, of Auckland, as the owner of Section No. 140, Parish of Whangamarino.
