NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the " Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," that an ELECTION of one duly qualified person as COUNCILLOR for Patetere Riding, Piako County, will be held at Mr Isaacs' Store, Oxford, on WEDNESDAY, the 12th November next. Nomination of Candidates will be received by me at Mr Isaacs' store, Oxford, at or before noon on Monday, the 3rd prox.
