T>IAKO COUNTY. Notice of intention to make a "Special Order." NOTICE is hereby given that the Piako County Council intends by " Special Order," at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1884, to pass the following resolutions : — " That this council hereby resumes the power to levy rates within the Road bistncts of YV aitoa and Tuotaoroa and revokes the "Special Older" of the 18th day of April, 1883, by which the said power was delegated to the road boards of the said districts." It is proposed to CLOSE cei'tain ROADS between Sections 159 and 161, and Sections 171, 172, 173, 174 and 159, also between Sections 139 and 159, Parish of Horotiu, and to open in lieu thereof certain other roads. Plans of the proposed alterations will be on view at the officG of the Newcastle Road Board, Mr P.
