Cairo, October 15, Thk Egyptian Government have decided to canqel the proclamation by which the suspension of the Caisse De La Dette Publique was announced on September 17, and have ordered that the revenues assigned to the Caisse shall continue to be paid, as in the past. The International Commission will therefore continue to exercise control over the same as provided by the law of liquidation. New Yobk, October 15. The Republicans have carried the clay in Ohio, in the choice of electors for the election of President and Vice- President next month.
