IMPORTANT DECISION.
[BY TKLfcGRAHH. — FRK«iS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Tuesday. A curious point was raised in the R.M. Couit to-day by Mr Cornford, who appeared for the defence in a claim for a valuation made by Mr Cohen.
