Butter has declined in price : Fresh, lOd to Is per lb ; s.ilt (prime), !)d per lb ; wheat, 3s lOd per bushel ; carrots at former quotations. Furniture realised fair puces. Fowls, 5a to 10h Od each ; cheese, Od per lb.

Adelaide wheat, ex store, us 30s ; New Zealand wheat, 3ls to 34a ; Adelaide flour, as. store, 235.— The total quantity of wheat in transit for Great Britain is 1,G30,000 quarters..— Australian tallow is quoted to-day at a decline of Od to Is per cwt. Avei.icre quality beef is 33a ; ditto mutton, 32s Gd. — Prime New Zealand mutton is o.^ per lb.
