More Dynamite. [BY TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.] [RErTJtß's TfcLKGRAMS.] QDQ D ktj EC, October 11. Two explosions of dynamite occurred outside the Pailiamcnt buildings to-day. The edifice wms considerably damaged, and several workmen who were in the neighbourhood were injured. Nothing is yet known as to the cause of the explosion.
Rome, October 9, A cyclone of unusual force passed over the island of Sicily yesterday, and did an enormous amount of damage. Its effects were felt most severely at Catania, a town on the east coast, and hundreds of the inhabitants have been killed and wounded.
Cape Tow.v, October 10. The Tiansvaal Government have decided to withdraw its protection from Montsinoa, a native chief who for some time oast has been prosecuting hostilities against the Boers in Bcchuanaland.
