Tho Elective Justices Bill (Sir G. Grey) was .ilso tlnow n out by 32 to 21. Sir G. Giey runted the second reading of the Constitution Amendment Bill. Mr Stout -aid the majoiity of Minister--, weie against the measure. The debate was adjourned, and the HoUbe rose at 1.15 a.m.
