St. Petersburg, October 1. Serious damage from fire has occurred among the shipping on the Neva. A burning vessel abandoned to the force of the current, drifted down tho river, setting fire to a large number of merchantmen. The fire is still raging among the shipping, and the loss is already estimated at several million roubles.
