Saturday. An association has been formed for obtaining increased protection for local industries. The committee appointed have every prospect of a strong association. Monday. Constable George Cartmerl, of Malvern, was knocked down by a, truck being shunted at Sheffield on Saturday night. The wheel passed over his thigh, broke it and inflicted serious internal injuries.
