WANGANUI, Monday. The charges against Crea for embezzlement is proceeding. There are eight charges altogether. The telegram forgery cases come on tomorrow. A man was thrown from his horse yesterday while passing the Salvation Bund. A slight shock of earthquake was felt here at 7.10 a.m. A special jury was drawn for the libel case Russell v. McKelvie, in which £1000 damages is claimed.
