Rkpliing to Sir G. Whitmore, the Colonial Secretary stated th it it was not the intention of the Government this session to repeal the Crown nw\ NatheLind R.vting, and Roads and Bridges Construction Act, nor was it their intention to repeal or modify the Thermal Springs Act this session. Several bill were advanced a stage.
FRIDAY. Nothing of importance occurred in the Council to-day.
