Loxdox, September 15. Arrived : The ship Northumberland, from Napier on June 5, with a cargo of frozen meat. The cricket match at Lords, Smokers v. Non-smokers, commenced to-day. The Non-smokerd in their first innings scored 250. and the smokers 120. September 16. Sir Stafford Nosthcote, who has unlertaken a Conservative compaign ; gtinst the Government, delivered his first address at Edinburgh Isst evening. In its issue this morning, the Standard states that the meeting of the three Emperors at Warsaw has been arranged with the object of concerting measures against anarchim, and to devise meaus for effecting a reduction of Continental standing armies. St. Petersburg, September 15. The Emperors of Germany and Austria, accompanied by the Imperial Chancellor, ariived to-day at a castle near Warsaw, where they were met by the Czar and M. De Giers.
