Application by letter only, enclosing two stamps, with exchange on cheques, or by money order, bank notes, or drafts. Registered letters or telegrams will not on any account be received. If bank notes are sent, please use two envelopes, one sealed and placed in side the other. P. O. Orders preferred when procurable.
