[by telegbaph.— own correspondent.] Sudden Death. Auckland, Monday Night. The constable at Wairoa South telegraphs to-day that Mrs Flavell, the wife of a settler, died there suddenly yesterday.
Burglary. Between 3.30 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, and 8 o'clock this morning, Messrs Qilmour, Younghusband and Cos. warehouse, Customs-street, was broken into, and £3 cash and £9 iv cheques was Btolen,

We would call attention to the auction sale to be held by Mr Knox to-morrow, at the residents of, Mr T. G. Sandes, Collingwood-strect.
