London, vugnst 19. A death has occuru'd in Bnmingham fiom a disease wlncli is pronounced by the local medical authorities to be undoubted Asiatic cholera. The appearance of the disease in England has caused much alarm, and gieat efforts aie being made to pi event the possible spread of the epidemic. August 21. It is now announced that the disease from which the death at Birmingham occurred was spoiadic, and not Asiatic cholera.
