In fact, his Honour actually delivered a judgment reveising the previous decision, which was given in defendant's favour, but upon Mr Hesketh pointing out that it had only been intended to elicit his opinion upon two vital points, he consented to postpone his formal judgment for a fortnight. He upholds the validity of the deed of lease, saying that however bad the bargain the lessees may have made they are now obliged to abide it.
