THE REBELLION IN THE SOUDAN
[BY TELEGUAPH.— COPYRIGHT.] [KEOTEB's TELEGRAMS.] Preparations for the Coming Campaign. Cairo, August 18. Preparations for the despatch to the Soudan of an expedition are being prosecuted with great energy. A thousand row-boats have been ordered for the service of the expedition, and will assemble at Wady Haifa m October. Despatches have been received from Major Kitchener, stating that after leaving Dongola he proceeded to Debbah, and that he met with a splendid reception.
