TELEGRAPH.— OWN COUUESrONDKNr.I Thk following was issued as an extra from this office on Saturday last : — Wellington, Saturday, 1.52 p.m. Sir Julius Vogel has been sent for, and has agreed to form a Ministry. His probable colleagues are Messrs Stout, Ballance, Macandrew and Richardson. The Auckland member has not yet been decided upon. Mr Ormond will not join Sir Julius Vogel. Nothing is definitely decided as to colleagues.
