[rkuteb's telkgrams.] London, July 25. A conferkxoe to consider the question of Imperial Federation will shortly be held in London. The leading members of both the Liberal and Conservative parties have announced their intention of taking part in the proceedings. The cargoes of frozen mutton by the ships Oamaru and L-uly Jocelyn from New Zealand have been examined, and have buen found to be in an unsatisfactory condition. The shipment of frozen meat by the ship Turakiua has arrived in splendid condition, and is bringing o^d per lb. H.M. ships Oarysfonr and Tur quoise, of the Meditei ranean squadron, have been ordered to Sou Aim.
