WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The ßating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the eighth day of June, 1883, m the Resident Magistrate's Couit, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of three pounds eighteen shillings and three halfpence, being arrears of rates due by GEORGE M ACFARLANE, of Paterangi, or the owner of Section Nos. 84a, 84, 85, 86 87, Parish of Ngaroto. This is to give notice that the said property will be bold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of tha said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from tho date of the said judgment to the date of paymont, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering tho same, and all ether rates due on such pioperty up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale.
