[reuter's telkgrams.] Melbourne, July 22. Sir W. Jervois leaves here to day by the steamship Waihora for the Bluff. Sydney. July 22. A Gazette notice has been issued to-day declaring French and Egyptian ports to be infected, in consequence of the outbreak of cholera. All vessels therefrom will be quarantined, on arrival. Melbou ne, July 22. Sailed, this afternoon : S.s. Waihoni, for the Bluff. Sydney, July 22. Ai rived, this afternoon : The Union steamship Arawata, from Auckland.
[Received July 23rd, 2.5 p.m.] Melbourne, Wednesday. Further oases of the doubtful disease now prevalent continue to be reported fiotn different points.
